Last edited by Yvanoff ; 29 Jul, pm. Depends on Boss, like said in post above me here those ones are night time only. Others like Eater of Worlds and Brain of Cthulhu can only be summoned in specific biomes but at any time of the day Corruption for Eater, Crimson for Brain.
If need be you can artificially make a biome with Corrupt seeds or Crimson seeds to fight the one youre world wouldnt be able to fight otherwise. Golem can be fought anytime anywhere if you have the supplies to summon him.
