If you purchase an On Demand video title, you may notice that it is not immediately available on your other Optik TV App devices. If you are trying to access On Demand video titles for recently aired TV shows on networks that you subscribe to, you may notice a day delay after airing before the titles are available to you on all of your devices. Please note that you will still be able to access these titles from 3rd party applications such as CTV Go, Global and Crave.
If you pause your On Demand programming and attempt to resume later or on a different device, you may notice that you are not able to pick up where you left off.
Selecting On Demand programming will allow you to fast forward.
