What is thoughtful laughter

The initial conflicted relationship between Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy begins at the Netherfield ball.

After Mr. Bingley introduces Elizabeth to Mr. Darcy, he later coldly states to Bingley how Elizabeth is only "tolerable Elizabeth overhears his comment and is not surprisingly angered. Elizabeth concludes that Mr. Darcy is "only the man who made himself agreeable nowhere" She further assumes that Mr. Darcy is a cold person while in fact he is shy and uncomfortable around others.

After the ball in Netherfield, Miss Bingley begins a conversation with Mr. Darcy and asks Elizabeth to join in a playful game to find a defect in Mr. Darcy's character. Darcy's "defect is a propensity to hate everyone" Darcy, on the other hand, rebuts her comment stating that she "is willfully to misunderstand" who he really is Elizabeth bases her faulty conclusion on her experience with Mr. Darcy at Netherfield when he showed no interest to talk to her.

Her comment leads Mr. Darcy to conclude that Elizabeth misunderstood his actions. His confusing network of buying and selling satires the confusion that most people face in regards to the economics and an example of those who understand the system almost too well. Aproned shopkeepers cheered ecstatically from the narrow doorways of their shops. Tubas crumped. Quite a noble profession for a mess hall officer. His reign even spread beyond Italy with him holding titles from London to Baghdad for his trade exploits throughout the Mediterranean.

Milo has on major personality flaw. He would do anything for money. Even if it means fighting alongside the Germans. In one example, in the Battle of Orvieto. He was contracted to attack the bridge at Orvieto while at the same time defend the bridge. He was paid for both operations. During the battle he was shooting at his own squad mates. At one point, Milo was contracted by the Germans to attack his very own base at Pianosa.

Human beings are prone to laugh at certain entertaining events. Laughter is typically described as a response to a particular situation. We all have unconsciously laughed or smiled at least a hundred times in our entire life. The intriguing question about this matter is why do people laugh? This strange action must have something to do with the human nature. It is something that immediately provokes laughter and or amusement for the reader but also gives an understanding of a larger concept when analyzed further.

The story begins to unravel with news that of a wealthy young gentleman named Mr. Charles Bingley who has rented the manor of Netherfield Park and causes a great stir in the town especially in Longbourn, the Bennet household, in which life was uneventful until his arrival in the neighborhood. Jane Austen puts Elizabeth and Mr.

Overall, Darcy and Elizabeth came to a conclusion that resulted in a happy relationship when realizing their errors in their decisions. Algernon shows his hypocrisy when he makes a comment about women only being good for love-making and yet confessing his love and dedication to Cecily. These selected themes come together to form a play that is more entertaining to the learned mind rather than the shallow.
